မေလးရွားႏိုင္ငံ၏ ပညာေရးစနစ္ .

ပညာေရးသည္ အစိုးရ၏တာ၀န္္တစ္ခုျဖစ္သည္။ အမ်ိဳးသားပညာေရးစနစ္တြင္ မူႀကိဳေက်ာင္းမွစ၍ တကၠသိုလ္ထိ ပညာေရးစနစ္ ပါ၀င္သည္။ Tertiary ပညာေရးစနစ္သည္ အဆင့္ျမင့္ ပညာေရး၀န္ႀကီးဌာန (Ministry of Higher Education) ၏ တာ၀န္တစ္ခု ျဖစ္ၿပီး Pre-tertiary ပညာေရး(pre-school မွ secondary education ထိ) သည္ ပညာေရး၀န္ႀကီးဌာန၏ တရား၀င္ လုပ္ပုိင္ခြင့္ လက္ေအာက္တြင္ရွိသည္။ အစိုးရ၏ ပညာေရး ေမွ်ာ္မွန္းခ်က္မွာ မေလးရွားႏုိင္ငံအား ပညာေရးတြင္ အခ်က္အခ်ာက်၍ အေကာင္းဆံုးေသာ ႏုိင္ငံအျဖစ္ ျပဳလုပ္ရန္ျဖစ္သည္။

Primary & Secondary Education
Primary Education (၆ႏွစ္သက္တမ္း)ႏွင့္ Secondary Education (Low secondary ၃နွစ္ႏွင့္ upper secondary ၂ႏွစ္အပါအ၀င္ ၅ ႏွစ္) သည္ free ျဖစ္သည္။ Primary Education ပထမႏွစ္သို႔ ၀င္ေရာက္ႏုိင္ရန္ အသက္အပုိင္းအျခားမွာ (၇)ႏွစ္ျဖစ္သည္။ Primary School ထားျခင္းသည္ အသက္ (၇)ႏွစ္ ႏွင့္ (၁၂)ႏွစ္ၾကား တြင္ရွိေသာ ကေလးမ်ားအားလံုးအတြက္ ျပဳလုပ္ရမည့္ ကိစၥျဖစ္သည္။ ေက်ာင္းသားမ်ားသည္ primary တန္း၊ lower secondary ႏွင့္ upper secondary level မ်ား ၿပီးဆံုးခ်ိန္တြင္ public exam မ်ားေျဖဆိုၾကရသည္။

Post-Secondary Education
Secondary Education ၿပီးေျမာက္ျခင္းတြင္ မူတည္၍ ေက်ာင္းသားမ်ားသည္ တကၠသိုလ္၀င္ခြင့္ ျပင္ဆင္ျခင္း အတန္း ျဖစ္ေသာ post-secondary education ၁ ႏွစ္မွ ၂ ႏွစ္ အတန္းမ်ား ကို ေရြးခ်ယ္ႏိုင္ပါသည္။

Primary & Secondary Education
Tertiary Education level တြင္ အဆင့္ျမင့္ပညာသင္ယူႏုိင္သည့္ institute မ်ားက Certificate, Diploma ႏွင့္ Degree မ်ားအထိေပးႏုိင္ေသာ Course မ်ားကို ျပ႒ာန္းသည္။ Certificate, Diploma, First Degree, Higher Degree Programmes မ်ား ( at academic and professional fields) သည္ public ႏွင့္ private ပညာေရး က႑အားလံုးအတြက္ လံုေလာက္ သည့္ အရည္အခ်င္းမ်ားျဖစ္သည္။ Tertiary Education တြင္ အဓိကအပိုင္း (၂)ပိုင္းပါ၀င္သည္။
(၁) အဆင့္ျမင့္ပညာအတြက္ (အစိုးရမွတည္ေထာင္ေပးထားေသာ) Public Institutions
ဥပမာ - အမ်ားပိုင္တကၠသိုလ္မ်ား၊ အမ်ားပိုင္တကၠသိုလ္ေကာလိပ္မ်ား၊ polytechnic မ်ားႏွင့္ ဆရာအတတ္သင္ ေကာလိ္ပ္မ်ား
(၂) ပုဂၢလိကပိုင္အဆင့္ျမင့္ (ပုဂၢလိကတည္ေထာင္ထားေသာ) Institutions မ်ား
ဥပမာ - ပုဂၢလိကတကၠသုိလ္မ်ား၊ တကၠသုိလ္ေကာလိပ္မ်ား၊ ႏုိင္ငံျခားတကၠသိုလ္ ေက်ာင္းခြဲမ်ားႏွင့္ ေကာလိပ္မ်ား၊

Post-Secondary Education
မေလးရွားႏုိင္ငံတြင္ရွိေသာ ပုဂၢလိကပုိင္ပညာေရးစနစ္ တည္ေထာင္သူမ်ားကို pre-school မွ tertiary education ထိ ပညာေရးအဆင့္မ်ားေပၚတြင္ မူတည္၍ အုပ္စု၂ခု ခြဲႏိုင္သည္။ Institute အုပ္စု၂စုတုိ႔မွာ -
(၁) pre-school, primary ႏွင့္ secondary levels ပညာေရးကုိေပးထားေသာ Primary Educational Institutions (PEIs) (သို႔) Private Schools
(၂) Certificate, Diploma ႏွင့္ Degree မ်ားအထိခ်ီးျမႇင့္ရန္ ရည္ရြယ္ထားေသာ tertiary education ရွိသည့္ Private Higher Educational Institutions (PHEIs) တို႔ျဖစ္ၾကသည္။

6 EASY STEPS to study in Malaysia .

(၁) ႏုိင္ငံတကာေက်ာင္းသားမ်ား လက္ခံရန္ ျပည္ထဲေရး၀န္ႀကီးဌာန မွ official approval ရရွိထားေသာ educational institutions မ်ာသို႔ သက္ဆိုင္ရာ စာရြက္စာတမ္းမ်ား ႏွင့္တကြ ေလွ်ာက္လႊာတင္ပါ။
(၂) ေက်ာင္းသားမ်ား၏ ေလွ်ာက္လႊာမ်ားကို မေလးရွားႏုိင္ငံတြင္ရွိေသာ Malaysian Immigration Department တြင္ student pass အတြက္ အကူအညီေပးေသာ educational institution ကလက္ခံသည္။
(၃) လက္ခံမႈေပၚတြင္မူတည္၍ student pass အတြက္ အသိအမွတ္ျပဳစာကို Malaysian Immigration Department က educational institution သို႔ ထုတ္ေပးပါလိမ့္မည္။
(၄) မေလးရွားႏုိင္ငံသို႔ မထြက္ခြာခင္ ေလဆိပ္၀င္ခြင့္၊ ေလယာဥ္လက္မွတ္၊ ေရာက္မည့္ အခ်ိန္ႏွင့္ ေန႔ရက္မ်ားကို educational institution မ်ားသို႔ အေၾကာင္းၾကားပါ။
(၅) မေလးရွားႏိုင္ငံေလဆိပ္သို႔ ေရာက္ေသာအခါ သက္ဆုိင္ရာေက်ာင္းမွ ကို္ယ္စားလွယ္ က Immigration စစ္ေဆးေသာ ေန ရာတြင္ ေက်ာင္းသားမ်ားကို လာႀကိဳပါလိမ့္မည္။
(၆) ေရာက္ၿပီး ၂ပတ္အတြင္း educational institution က ေက်ာင္းသား၏ passport ကို student pass sticker အတြက္ Immigration Department သို႔ ေပးပို႔ပါလိမ့္မည္။
